How the SPARA Framework is Structured

The SPARA Body of Knowledge (BoK) is organised into six practical parts:

Why SPARA exists, the problems it solves, and how it’s structured. Start here if you’re new.

🟦 Part II – Performance Management Framework (PMF)

SPARA’s operating system, including the Capability Matrix, the Performance Intelligence Cycle (PIC), and the Performance Intelligence Loop (PIL).

🟨 Part III – Themes

The eight domains of performance (e.g., Metrics, Governance, AI Integration) that SPARA helps you orchestrate.

🟧 Part IV – Levers

The five forces you apply to influence performance: Governance & Alignment, Design & Flow, People & Capability, Delivery & Assurance, and Experience & Outcomes.

The applied layer — including the TRACE method, SPARA Advisors, Star Rating Framework, and the growing library of artifacts.
